The United States Environmental Protection Agency Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training (“EPA”) has published the March 2016 Environmental Crimes Case Bulletin (“Bulletin”).

The Bulletin summarizes publicized investigative activities and adjudicated cases conducted by EPA Criminal Investigation Division special agents, forensic specialists, and legal support staff.
