  • The FCC has released the Tentative Agenda for its next Open Meeting scheduled for June 13, 2012, at 10:30 Eastern. It contains two items: a Report and Order modifying the rules for certifying radio equipment; and a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on improving efficiency in the 4.9 GHz band.
