Mayor Curry is the 44th Mayor of Jacksonville, Florida and was sworn in on July 1, 2015. From 1994-2002, Curry practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Senior Manager in the firm's Jacksonville office. In 2002, Curry co-founded a Jacksonville-based professional services firm, ICX Group, Inc. and served as the CEO.

Mayor Curry has been involved in numerous local and state civic organizations including his role as the immediate past Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida and as a member of the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville. Curry has also been an active committee member of the Southside United Methodist Church, a big brother with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and a commissioner of the Florida State Boxing Commission.

Mayor Curry and his wife Molly are current residents of Jacksonville, Florida where they are raising their three children; Boyd, Brooke and Bridget.
