A new "green" business incubator is starting in Youngstown and has already found a partner in an Israeli firm that specializes in developing alternative energy technologies. The new venture--called Ohio Clean Technologies Group--is a partnership between Youngstown-based M7 Technologies, Utah-based Applied Systems and Technology Transfer, and LN Green Technological Incubator Ltd. of Haifa, Israel. The group hopes to develop and bring to market alternative energy products and technologies that could create thousands of jobs in the Mahoning Valley region.
