Please note that, pursuant to clarifications obtained from the customs authorities, as of 13 July 2012 the following products are subject to obligatory confirmation of compliance in accordance with respective Technical Regulations adopted in relation to each of these products:
- Consumer goods;
- Toys and goods for children;
- Glass packaging;
- Packaging materials;
- Means of individual protection; and
- Perfumes and cosmetics goods
It shall be noted that the confirmation of compliance of the above products remains obligatory and the form of confirmation (certification or obtaining the declaration of compliance) is defined by the respective Technical Regulations.
