The Bulgarian Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications has updated the National Strategy for Broadband Access, with the aim of accelerating the development of the broadband access network. This document highlights the importance of the future development of egovernment, e-learning and e-health with the aim of providing easy access to efficient and secure electronic services.
