FSA has obtained an injunction against Cityshore Commodities Limited and its director Aaron Walker. A court confirmed they had illegally sold land to UK consumers and ordered them to make an interim repayment of £200,000 through FSA to their victims. It also banned the company and Mr Walker for life from selling land by way of business in the UK. This follows similar action earlier in the year against a manager of the company.
