FS-CP has published a position paper on banking culture, commissioned from the Personal Finance Research Centre at the University of Bristol, to find out how individual bank customers and micro-enterprises defined a good banking culture and whether they thought banks had delivered on their promise to change. The paper suggests a number of areas in which banks could continue to improve. One key criticism is inaccessibility of staff who understand specific customer needs.
