A few years ago, the Nevada Gaming Commission adopted a regulation provision – NGC Regulation 2.070(1) — requiring Nevada gaming licensees to provide an e-mail address to the Nevada State Gaming Control Board by January 15 of each year.  If you are wondering whether you forgot to report this year, the regulation was changed last June so that Nevada gaming licensees and applicants need only provide an immediate notice when there is an update to the e-mail address for the licensee or applicant.  So, a current e-mail address for each licensee and applicant shall always be on file with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, but notice of an unchanged e-mail does not need to be sent before January 15 every year.
