Proposed amendments to judicial review of jurisdiction decisions *

Singapore - July 18 2011
On 12 April 2011, the Singapore Law Reform Committee published a report calling for Singapore's International Arbitration Act (the "IAA") to be amended so as to grant a right of judicial review of an arbitral tribunal's decision that it does not have jurisdiction in an arbitration governed by the IAA.
