Flexibilization of Dutch BV law as per 1 October 2012 *

Introduction of the Flex-BV Act  Today it was announced that the Act for simplification and flexibilization of private company law (de Wet vereenvoudiging en flexibilisering bv-recht) and the Implementation Act thereto (de Invoeringswet) (together: the "Flex-BV Act") will enter into force on 1 October 2012.
