Court of Appeals overturns Comcast BitTorrent order

USA - April 7 2010 Yesterday, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit vacated the FCC's August, 2008 decision holding that Comcast had violated the FCC's 2005 Internet Policy Statement by blocking customer access to BitTorrent, a file-sharing service.
