Thule, Inc.and Thule Sweden AB filed suit against Stachura Holdings, LLC, and its subsidiaries, AtomixAuto and roofrackforcars.com, and Strona Industrial Inc. in the District of Connecticut alleging infringement of Thule’s design and utility patents for automobile roof racks.
