Singapore High Court finds shipowner liable for unlawful means conspiracy *

In the Singapore High Court decision of The "Dolphina", Belinda Ang J found the owner of the vessel Dolphina (the "defendant") liable to the plaintiff bank in tort on the basis of unlawful means conspiracy for failing to prevent a fraud from being committed against the plaintiff.
