SEC proposes whistleblower reward program *

On November 3, 2010, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) proposed new rules and forms to implement the whistleblower provisions of Section 21F of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “1934 Act”) added by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Dodd-Frank Act”).
