Earlier this month, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the adoption of rules requiring resource extraction issuers to disclose information relating to payments made to the U.S. Government or a foreign government for the purpose of the commercial development of oil, natural gas or minerals.


Can issuers file an addendum when amending technical reports? Maybe *

Engineers Australia recognized as professional association under NI 43-101CP *

Last week the Canadian Securities Administrators issued CSA Staff Notice 43-308, adding a “professional association”,  The Institution of Engineers Australia(Engineers Australia), to the list of foreign professional associations in Appendix A of Companion Policy 43-101CP. 


BCSC cease trades Barkerville Gold during technical disclosure review *
