Ohio Supreme Court affirms right of corporate directors to advancement of legal expenses to defend against claims by the corporation *

The Ohio Supreme Court recently confirmed that corporations are required under the Ohio Revised Code to advance legal expenses to directors involved in legal proceedings, even if those proceedings involve allegations by the corporation that the director engaged in wrongdoing.
