EMIR compromise proposal - 17 March 2011 *

On 18 March 2011, the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU published a further compromise proposal dated 17 March 2011, relating to the proposed European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) which will deal with on over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions, central counterparties (CCPs) and trade repositories.
